✯ Daytime guarantee policy helps you stay covered in the event of any apparent problems, in the design and operation of the product after purchase. For selected products and cases where we are considered a retailer, a twelve (12) month warranty will be provided for all consumer goods within the UAE. In cases where the goods are purchased by the wrong seller, the terms of a particular merchant guarantee will apply.
✯ With the exception of Apple products (accessories warranty: 1 year), some electronic device accessories are subject to a six (6) month warranty period from the date of purchase of the product.
✯ Warranty adjustment will be done by accredited service centers. In cases where the goods are purchased by the wrong seller, the terms of a particular merchant guarantee will apply.
✯ The original invoice is required to verify the serial number and confirm the warranty period in order to benefit from warranty services.
✯ The warranty period is 21 (21) days for the units to be covered under warranty from the date the product is taken from customers until shipment.
✯ Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product list to see if it includes a warranty benefit.
✯ Amendments or replacements under the terms of this guarantee do not entitle you to extend or renew the warranty period. Warranty names are associated with your device’s manufacturer.
✯ If your item cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will issue a replacement (from the same seller) or, if any, do not return it in full.
✯ With the availability of warranty services if a feature appears on your product within a reasonable time, you can submit a request with your daytime account. The daytime warranty team will contact you within 24 hours to obtain confirmation and troubleshooting followed by product images from all angles and IMEI / serial number.

Terms of Service:
✯ Personal data and information on devices is the customer’s responsibility and customers are instructed to back up their data, turn off FMI, remove the key / password before using the app.
Time required to obtain device details or customer approval is not included within the Turn Around Time (TAT) repair process.
✯ By submitting your item for repair, you agree to us and the repair using your contact details in this way only as required by the repair service.
✯ Customer confirms that all information provided during the warranty claim is correct.
Screen protectors must be removed by the customer to serve the composition.
The warranty will not be covered under the following conditions:
Liquid spills on the product.

✯ All warranty coverage is free.
